SDSU Sports Deck is a multi-purpose stadium located in San Diego, California. It is home to the San Diego State University and soccer, as well as the team. It was opened in 2000. The stadium has a capacity of 3,000; with 1,500 seats. There are 9 running lanes surrounding the field. History Renovations The stadium underwent renovations in 2012, as lights were added to the facility. A video scoreboard was added in 2018. Important matches The first ever game at the stadium was on August 25, 2000, between and Ole Miss. The first men's soccer game was held on Sept. 1, 2000, as defeated Christian Heritage. The Aztecs won that match, 5-0, which was the facility's first shutout. In 2016, the men’s soccer team defeated No. 1 Akron, 1-0, with approximately 2,000 fans in attendance. Track and Field The stadium hosted the 2001 Mountain West Conference men's and women's track and field championships.
