Scroller is a line of electric bikes that originated in Los Angeles, CA. A Scroller bike is a rechargeable and fully electric bicycle, that can carry up to two passengers. Unlike regular gas powered scooters and bicycles, operating a Scroller does not require a license, registration or insurance, because the Scroller is classified as a motorized bicycle by DMV regulations. The original Scroller was designed to providing a convenient and green means of transportation for the congested communities of Los Angeles. While spreading eastward from southern California's beach communities, Scroller has maintained it identity of California's beach culture of active lifestyle, sunshine and environmental consciousness. <references /> |
