Scott H. Maierhofer ("Scott") (born September 3, 1961) is a partner with McCarthy Capital Corporation (McCarthy), a private equity firm which is a subsidiary of the McCarthy Group, LLC., based in Omaha, NE. McCarthy Capital manages nearly $1 billion USD in assets. Maierhofer manages the Western US region from the firm’s Denver, CO office where he is responsible for evaluating acquisition opportunities, structuring and financing deals, and consummating transactions. Maierhofer joined McCarthy Capital after seven years with Green Manning & Bunch, where he was Co-President. Maierhofer serves on the board of directors for several nonprofit community organizations. They include Cherry Creek Schools Foundation, Goodwill Industries, and the Denver School of Nursing. Mr. Maierhofer graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a BA in labor relations and earned his MBA from the University of Denver. |
