SCORES Broadcast

SCORES Broadcast.com (for: Shelby County Online Radio Entertainment System) is an online sports oriented webcast based in Sidney, Ohio.

Founded in 2008 by (and anchored by) Jack Kramer and Jeff Bray (previously with local radio station WMVR-FM) airing local high school sports coverage featuring teams from the Shelby County area including:

* Sidney Yellow Jackets
* Lehman Cavaliers
* Anna Rockets
* Botkins Trojans
* Fort Loramie Redskins
* Fairlawn Jets
* Houston Wildcats
* Jackson Center Tigers
* Russia Raiders

Other high school teams outside of Shelby County occasionally include:

* Piqua Indians
* Marion Local Flyers
* Miami East Vikings
* Minster Wildcats
* Riverside Pirates
* Covington Buccaneers
* Versailles Tigers
* New Knoxville Rangers
* Catholic Central Fighting Irish

It is the first sports oriented internet-based radio station of its kind in the Upper Miami Valley region of West Central Ohio..as such,SCORES Broadcast.com is not connected in any way with a podcast,browser game,webcomic,blog or a webforum. It is however, in essence an internet radio station simimar to that of WOXY.com except that it exclusively broadcasts local sports instead of music and is intended as an alternative to conventional local terrestrial radio stations as WMVR,WPTW,WBLL,WCSM and WTGR which also air local sports coverage.

The first webcasts by SCORES commenced in September of 2008 during the regular high school football season and throughout the November playoffs.

SCORES also features an archive of recent and previous webcasts of high school games...similar to the archived programming of oldies-formatted Rock-It radio.net based in Ventura, California.
