Science Stuff Network

The Science Stuff Network is a website known primarily for its collection of interactive science resources. The collection of web resources include videos, images, demos, animations, Ask-A-Scientist and breaking science news in multimedia format. The aim is to explore new technologies like blogs, podcasts, and videos to create a virtual laboratory - a place where learning can happen by performing virtual science experiments.

A registered user can write a science blog - full of your observations, discoveries, and eureka moments, recommend science resources, and make scientist friends.

Science Stuff Network was launched as www.sciencestuff.net in November 2007 at CAST - Conference for the Advancement of Science Teachers organized annually by Science Teachers Association of Texas at Austin, TX. Recently, a Facebook application was launched to create a social dimension to the website by introducing collaborative filtering of science resources.
