Smt. Satwant Kaur Dogra (born August 13, 1963) is a Congress Leader in Jammu & Kashmir State of India. She graduated from Delhi University. During University period she actively participated in NSUI activities. She worked with Customs & Central Excise Department from 1988 to 1994 as Customs Preventive Officer. Later she did Diploma in Gemology & also bussiness in Gems & gemology. In 2003 she got involved in social service in Samba town of J&K and since then she never looked back. In 2008 she was elected as DISTRICT PRESIDENT of Trade Union Congress. She also floated one NGO named as People to People Awareness Forum to which she is State Vice President.She visits villages in Kandi Area as well as border area of Samba District & listens to the problems of people & solves them with the help of local administration. Her aim is overall development of Samba Distict, connecting all villages with road & water,
