Overview
SATHEE initiative is designed to empower millions of students preparing for competitive exams across India.
The , Ministry of Education in collaboration with IIT Kanpur has started SATHEE (Self-Assessment, Test and Help for Entrance Examination) portal in November 2023 to provide quality education to every student who intends to participate in competitive exams such as JEE, NEET and various State level Engineering and other Examinations.
SATHEE platform provides free of cost educational content and guidance for the competitive exams to students preparing for various competitive examinations such as JEE, NEET, CLAT, ICAR, SSC, IBPS, and RRB. It is accessible to all students/ learners including economically and socially weaker sections.
The content is curated by academicians from prestigious institutions such as the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMSs), contributing their expertise to help students to prepare for competitive exams. So far, more than 8 lac students/ learners have registered on the portal.
Activities
* The SATHEE platform hosted a 45-day JEE crash course in 5 languages including English, aimed at providing intensive preparation and revision just before the January 2024 JEE Main Exam.
* SATHEE organised a one-week JEE-focused Physics problem-solving session with Padma Shri awardee and ‘Concepts of Physics’ author, Prof. HC Verma.
