Sarah Peracha

Sarah Peracha is an Internet entrepreneur who has co-founded four venture-backed companies, She is primarily known for her selection at Dublin Web Summit, selected as first Young Pakistani Female IT Geek on 14th people stage speaker. She was also the nominee and winner of All That Matters - INK Live 2013 India. She is currently Chairman and Creative director of Appease Apex and Co-Founder of Pakistan Electronic Research and Communication Hub Association. Sarah is also the first Pakistani Law Blogger.
Education
Peracha completed her Bachelor of Humanities in the University of Karachi, Diploma in Graphic and Website Designing from Sessions College for Professional Design and Diploma in Legal Studies, Institute of Commercial Management.
Career
Peracha launched Pakistan’s First IT E-Company Appease Apex, Appease Apex was founded in the year 2006, which provides full service in digital creative field with social media agency capabilities. Sarah is also the co-founder of Peracha — the Group of Organization and Pakistan Electronic Research and Communication Hub Association founded in the year 2013. Sarah is recently appointed as Chief operating officer of Leaders Lunch.
Editorial Work
Peracha founder and editor of The Movement For Rule Of Law, started writing a Law Blog Magzine in back (2007) she started digital activism against the injustice of the detention of Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Chaudhry, during the period of his house arrest; she was the first Pakistani who was blogging and designing campaigns for the restoration of Chief Justice. Peracha blog pieces also have been published in Dunya News and The Telegraph.
Awards and Recognition
In 2013, Peracha was selected as 14th people stage speaker at Dublin Web Summit. And nominee and winner of All That Matters - INK Live 2013 India. She won Best E-commerce Design Jan 2013 Award by Best Web Design Agencies US. Sarah’s opinion was submitted in the United Nations Research Program University for Peace for the Role of Digital Activism in the Lawyers' Movement of Pakistan.
