Samuel David Benedict Chatto (born 28 July 1996) is an English socialite and a member of the extended British royal family. He is the eldest son of Daniel Chatto and Lady Sarah Armstrong-Jones. He is a grandson of Princess Margaret, Countess of Snowdon and Antony Armstrong-Jones, 1st Earl of Snowdon and a great-grandson of George VI and Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon. He is currently 24th in line of succession to the British Throne and at the time of his birth was 13th. Biography Samuel Chatto was born on 28 July 1996 in London, United Kingdom. His mother is Princess Margaret's only daughter. He is the elder brother of Arthur Chatto, who is currently 25th in line of succession to the British Throne. He is currently studying art history at Edinburgh University. Personal life On 15 January 2001 he visited his grandmother, Princess Margaret, at the King Edward VII Hospital in London after she had suffered a stroke. See Also
