Sam H. Toubin, August 25, 1892 – September 17, 1982, was a Jewish Texan civic leader, philanthropist and businessman from Brenham, Texas. Sam Toubin married Rosa Levin Toubin, the daughter of , on June 26, 1925. Among his accomplishments, "Sam Toubin, long-time businessman, owned and operated the New York stores in nine towns in Texas.” The "Sam and Rosa Toubin genealogy Room" of the Washington County Genealogical Society was built in 1997 by Leon Toubin. Sam H. Toubin and Rosa Levin Toubin are buried at B'nai Abraham Cemetery.
