SaeHan Information Systems

SaeHan Information Systems () is a South Korean information systems company based in Yeouido, Seoul. The company started out as a small subsidiary of Jaeil Textiles() in January 1973. SaeHan Information Systems is credited with the development of the world's first MP3 player.
History
*1973 Jaeil Textiles computing division launched
*1982 Saehan Media computing division launched
*1982 separated from Samsung Group computing division. Founded Jaeil Textiles KyungSan Factory (IBM-4341)
*1991 consolidated to Samsung SDS
*1997 group Separated. Separated from Samsung SDS and Founded SaeHan Information Systems
*1997 first MP3 Player development in the world (CeBit H/W award)
*2008 Incorporation - Woongjin Group
*2010 Incorporation - GS Group
*2012 Changed Company name as TAK Information Systems
