Sabvest has invested in companies in various industries, including textiles and fintech. CEO Chris Seabrooke is also associated with Datatec and holding company Brait. Controversy In 2018, Sabvest CEO Chris Seabrooke denied allegations of wrongdoing after Sabvest purchased shares of Brait. Since Seabrooke was both director of Brait and a trustee and beneficiary of Sabvest, it was suggested that his use of of Sabvest to purchase shares of Brait may constitute insider trading. |
