Sabahat Ali

Syed Sabahat Ali had an interest in films and media from an early age. After encouragement from Farman Rizvi, S. Sabahat decided to join the field of entertainment.
At first he worked on a number of T.V. Serials as an Editor, then quickly become the director of many
hit drama serials such as “Jo Baat Ghar Mai Hai”(More than 100 Episodes) for GEO Entertainment. After which, he decided to go in to film area which was his passion in the first place. He directed a couple of films including “Main Hoon” for Geo Entertainment and “Aik Thee Julia”, for Aaj TV. During this time, he gained experience in various film genres like, Horror, action, comedy, and Drama. After seeing his work, Farman Rizvi hired him to direct his film "Organized Chaos." Since 2005 he has also worked in News and current affair programming. He has produced many News programs on Dawn, Ary News, and Geo News such as "FIR", " Sawal Ye Hai with Dr.Danish “Live”; “Jinnah Pur,"DoTok," "DeadLine," and "Red Zone" just to mention a few.
In 2008 Sabahat joined "ARY News", a well known News channel in Pakistan and throughout the world (Channel 747 on Dish Network USA). For Ary Digital, he has also worked on infotainment shows like "Hum 16 Crore", "Zimmaydaar koun," "Aam Aadmi," and " Tamirati Virsa." Sabahat produced these shows in Urdu Language to bring awareness and injustice in today's society in Pakistan.
Currently, S. Sabahat is working for the News channel producing "Sawal Ye Hai," a live, current affair news show. However, his passion for films and writing is still there, and by doing projects like "organized chaos" he is trying to satisfy his will to work both in entertainment and news fields alike. Farman rizvi played a vital role in this realization and he will remain a source of inspiration throughout.
