RWNJ

RWNJ stands for Right Wing Nut Job. The acronym first became popularized on the Internet in 2010, and is mainly used by commentators on blogsites as a descriptive insult. Those who use the term believe a RWNJ is a neocon conservative who proselytizes about political beliefs, trying to convert others to their flawed way of thinking.
As an example, a person can be called a RWNJ for making an argument with broad assumptions that prove incorrect when checked against factual information. However the slang term is also used as an Ad hominem argument, to attack an opponent by referring their belief system to that of a whole class of people. In this way the use of the term RWNJ is similar to calling somebody a Nazi as defined by Godwin's law.
RWNJ is mainly used to describe those who hold right-wing capitalist beliefs and in America the Tea party movement. This has spurred some commentators to coin the rarely seen LWNJ or Left Wing Nut Job term.
