Rus Wooton

Rus Wooton (born 1970) is an American comic book creator best known for his work as a digital letterer for Marvel Comics, Image Comics, Dark Horse Comics, Radical Comics and other comic book publishers.
Career
Wizard Entertainment
Wooton worked at Wizard Entertainment from 1998 to 2001 as web designer and Online Assistant Editor for WizardWorld.com and WizardSchool.com.
Comic Book Letterer
Wooton started digitally lettering comic books for Marvel Comics in 2003 as part of Chris Eliopoulos's lettering studio, Virtual Calligraphy. Wooton has also lettered independently since 2004. Comic books Wooton has lettered include Fantastic Four, Thor the Mighty Avenger, X-Men, Blade, Amazing Spider-Man, Avengers Classic, Captain America, The Loners, Punisher, Stephen King's The Stand, Stephen King's Dark Tower, Marvel Zombies, Wolverine, The Walking Dead, Invincible, Guarding the Globe, Super Dinosaur, Fear Agent, Gigantic, The End League, XXXombies, The Last Days of American Crime, Jim Henson's The Storyteller, Pigs, Earp: Saints for Sinners, Gødland, Butcher Baker, Officer Downe, Nixon's Pals, Youngblood and Dead Space, among others. He also letters the webcomic The Gutters.
