Roy Timmreck is a mathematics teacher at Cupertino High School in Cupertino, CA. Education Roy Timmreck has two undergraduate degrees, one in chemistry from L.S.U in Baton Rouge, LA, and a later degree in math, from the University of Alaska in Anchorage, AK, as well as a masters degree in Environmental Quality Science from the University of Alaska. As he progressed toward his first degree, chemistry, he gradually realized that beyond his level of understanding and barely visible through his imperfections as a student, a great vision loomed in the Periodic Table. In the ten years following graduation he took more classes, primarily in math, and also became a better student. He began teaching chemistry in Anchorage, Alaska, in 1978 and returned to that great vision, determined to have it and teach it clearly.
