Katerina Bramley (born June 21, 1984) better known by her stage name Roxy Rain, is a British singer, songwriter, and occasional actress. Roxy started professionally in the music industry at 18,writing, recording and gigging with her band whilst being managed by Nick Boyles (Kim Wilde's manager. Her talent got recognised quickly and Roxy went on to become a session singer, doing backing vocals for Leona Lewis, Shane Ward, Westlife, Julio Iglesias and Emma Bunton. This gave her great experience in performing and reinforced her passion for wanting to be an artist. Roxy went on to work with many many top UK writers and Producers from: RICK WILDE (Kim Wilde) STEVE DUBERRY (Tina Tuner,Simon webb,Liberty X) SI KATZ (Jamiroquai,Gorillaz) JON PEARN (Bodyrox/Full intention) DAVE BRANT (Misteeq,Nate James) ALAN GLASS (Aretha Franklin/George Benson)and KURTIS MANTRONIX (Kylie). She has been working with FUNKIIPAPA on her album and is currently in the studio working on her first album. |
