Rosanna "Rosie" Bella Victoria Eriksdotter Munter (born September 26, 1987 in Stockholm, Sweden) was an original member of the Swedish pop group Play from their formation in 2001 to their disbanding in 2005. During the groups early years she had leads, but by their second album Replay, she had been relegated to singing background vocals with Anna Sundstrand.
Munter stated that " grew up in a musical family and concert arenas were practically living room since mother use to work at one of those."
During her career in Play, Munter worked with Anders Bagge, Jorgen Elofsson and Desmond Child who acted as producers and songwriters for Play's albums.[rm/> While Munter was a member, Play appeared on Nickelodeon.][rm/>; they also appeared on Regis and Kelly on June 10, 2003, the release date of Play's album Replay. She is also best friends with former Play band member Faye Hamlin when they both got picked by their manager Laila Bagge for joining in the group.]
Munter says her musical style was influenced by artists like "Nelly Furtado, Nikka Costa, Robyn, Pink and Gwen Stefani."
Before she joined Play, Munter acted in the popular Swedish movie Eva and Adam in which she played the character of Petra. Besides being an actress and singer/songwriter, 5'9" (175 cm) Munter has also been pursuing a modeling career.
For the moment she's working on self-written solo material. Munter is also featured on three songs on producer Kocky's debut album Kingdom Came which will be out on record label La Vida Locash spring 2007.
Munter is currently working on her debut single "Tick Tock".
