Roozz is a middleware technology that enables cross platform distribution of software applications. It was developed by the Danish software company, 3Djam to provide 3D game developers with an effective tool of web enabling their games. The first version of Roozz was released on May 19, 2009 at the Nordic Game Confrence. On Windows, Linux, Mac, ChromeOS and Windows Mobile, Roozz is implemented as a browser plugin similar to Adobe Flash and Silverlight. It is compatible with multiple programming languages, including , VB.NET, and Assembler. The unique feature of Roozz technology for developers is that it allows most .exe applications to run inside the browser including most 3D game engines. It provides users with combination of optimal CPU speed, possibility to create cross platform applications and fast web distribution.
