Roman Packo

Roman Packo (born 5 April 1979) is a Slovak football goalkeeper best known for playing in Pohronie for 7 years. He currently serves as a goalkeeping coach at the Žiar nad Hronom-based club and continues to play for amateur side of OFK Hliník nad Hronom in 5. Liga
Career
Club career
He was the longest serving 'founding player' of Pohronie, being with the club since its formation in the summer of 2012, until his retirement at the age of 40 in February 2020. For most of his tenure he was an alternate goalkeeper, for example alternating for or Martin Vantruba. Overall, he collected 28 league starts for Pohronie.
Managerial career
After retiring in February 2020, he was appointed goalkeeper coach of his last club, Pohronie, competing in the Fortuna Liga. He resigned from this position in October 2021.
