Roi Sorezki

Roi Sorezki (born May 9, 1984) is a business entrepreneur, known throughout the World Wide Web as Founder of MoviesPlanet and The Dater Network.

Roi's interest in the WWW started around the age of thirteen while he was working on his first website, the long-running, highly acclaimed "Pizuz" youth portal; The initial version of the site (Launched in 1998) was CGI based (coded in Perl) and designed for teenagers.

At 2002 Roi started working on MoviesPlanet; a new portal, dedicated for movie enthusiasts. A couple of years later Roi founded a new company and decided to put all his efforts into the new brand; Skylab Group - a service provider, web design firm and domain registrar. In mid' 2004 Skylab launched a new project called Eradox - a ground-breaking product, which aimed to revolutionize the world of e-commerce by providing affordable solutions to web-based entrepreneurs. unfortunately, the short budget marketing campaign was not enough for a proper launch, and after ten months of development, the project was shut down.

Roi is currently dedicating most of his time to the development of the new MoviesPlanet version.
