RoboMop is a motor-driven floor duster, sold by RoboMop International AS. Description The device consists of a hat-shaped frame with an electrostatic dust pad on the bottom, driven by a self-propelled ball, about 8 cm diameter tall, that fits into the middle of the frame. The product is powered by a rechargeable battery. It is described as a motor-driven ball that changes direction when it encounters an obstacle. Robomop was invented by Norwegian Torbjørn Aasen. A revised version of the product has a flexible mesh frame. RoboMop is sold in Europe, the US and some Asian countries. |
