Robert Connell Clarke

Robert Connell Clarke is a writer, botanist and horticulturist who specializes in cannabis cultivation. Biography He was part of a 80's seed bank called Cultivators Choice, that bred most of the Gene base of cannabis strains for the commercial part of the industry. Along with David Paul Watson, he founded Hortapharm B.V. a Netherlands company that produces legal cannabis in the United Kingdom and for the Dutch government for medicinal purposes.
