Rob Eastman III

Rob Eastman III is an entrepreneur and business leader active in a wide range of industries.
Today, as President and equity stakeholder in Eastman International, he oversees various businesses including Eastman Outdoors, a manufacturer of outdoor lifestyle consumer products; Quick-Sav Food Stores, a 30-unit convenience store chain; and Arrow Fast Food and Eastman Food Service, franchisees of Burger King, Taco Bell, and A&W.
Education and Interests
Rob Eastman III received his BA from Ohio Wesleyan University, his MBA from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and his OPM from Harvard Business School. He is active in business and alumni events and is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (Chicago Chapter), Harvard Club of New York, Harvard Club of Chicago, Harvard Business School Alumni (SE Michigan and Chicago Chapters) and the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business Alumni (SE Michigan and Chicago Chapters).
Rob has travelled to more than 30 countries and 5 continents. He has run for U.S. Congress in the Republican primary in Michigan's 8th Congressional District and competed in the 1st Traditional Okinawa Karate & Kobudo World Tournament in Okinawa, Japan. He holds the rank of San Dan (third degree black belt) and is the founder and sensei of Okinawa Village Karate Dojo.
Business Ventures
Rob Eastman’s business ventures span national and international markets. He has founded six companies and fostered three others, including Beacon and Bridge, a best-in-class private label gasoline brand; Frame Tracker, Eastman Outdoors, Netsperanto.com, Arrow Fast Food and Eastman Karate. He is instrumental in building other businesses as an owner and manager, including Quick-Sav Food Stores, Eastman Food Service and RARE Holdings.
Focusing on emerging markets in developing countries, such as Russia and China, Rob created new international markets and supply chains in the early 1990's. In the late 1990’s, he pursued opportunities in emerging technologies such as the Internet by founding Netsperanto.com. In addition to his 100-plus product inventions and 13 U.S. patents, Rob is the inventor of the Reveo Marivac™ Food Tumbler, winner of “best new barbecue product” and Popular Science "What’s New."
Beacon & Bridge Market
Based in Michigan, Beacon & Bridge Market is a 30-unit convenience store chain that sells best-in-class, private label gasoline from major gasoline refiners and food and beverage fare in a convenience store environment. Along with 3 grades of gasoline, Beacon & Bridge Market sells Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel, K-1 kerosene, and E85 corn-based fuel (at select locations).”
