Riverside Primary School

Riverside Primary School (previously Riverside Infant School and Riverside Junior School) is a coeducational primary school situated in Hullbridge, Essex, England. The school was formed in September 2010 following the amalgamation of Riverside Infant School and Riverside Junior School. The Headteacher is Andy Douglas BA (Hons), NPQH who took the position in 2013, following the retirement of the founding headteacher, Megan Jenkins MEd (cantab).
Infant & Junior Schools
Riverside Infant and Junior School, had two different headteachers. Megan Jenkins was the headteacher of the junior school, whilst Mrs White was the headteacher of the infant school, after Mrs White left the school, Louise Reck took over as the head of the infants, while Megan was still head of the junior school, when Mrs Reck left as the headteacher of the Infants, Megan (Riverside Junior School, headteacher) became the head of both schools, which later lead into the two schools being merged to become Riverside Primary. Riverside Infant and Junior Schools closed on the 31st August 2010.
