Risk Devolution

Risk Devolution is a custom scenario, based on the board game Risk, for the real-time strategy video game Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos and its expansion, Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne. The objective of the game is for each player or team to take over countries in Europe, north Africa, and the Middle East.
Gameplay
In Risk Devolution players have many modes which they can pick from, free for all, teams of 2, teams of 3 or free alliance. The map consists of Europe, parts of Africa, Greenland, and The Middle East, where there are many military barracks, the map randomly generates which players get which ones, the objective is to take over countries and get income (each country have a color for its territory and nearby counties have different colors), and to win the game is to take over the whole map.
In a game of Risk Devolution there isn't any base building like as in most traditional real-time strategy games. Each human players just build up their armies and fight. It is either first to 100 income, or just kill everyone in order to obtain victory (that only applies for public host bots).
Units
Unlike the traditional cardboard game Risk, Risk Devolution offers an extended selection of units. Apart from the infantry, cavalry and artillery (in the form of tanks), you may also purchase mortars, a variety of ships as well as two types of healers. In addition a navy counterpart for units such as cavalry and infantry can be bought on a port.
Clans and Players
On each realm except for the Asian realm, there is a dominant Risk Clan. East has the most powerful clan and players, with 3 of the top 5 players in the Ranked league coming from that realm. West is second most powerful, and Europe is third most. Europe overall has the worst average of players, while east and west have the "best" so to speak. The top 5 risk players ranked in order, are as follows. #1) Anarch #2) ninjacolt #3) Erkinian-Empire #4) Abungadat #5) N.O.D Honourable mentions: Energizer (Ethan)
