Ringling Redskins Ringling Redskins is a Youth Sports league located in Sarasota, Florida United States. The Ringling Redskins comprises 4 separate divisions and 28 teams. Ringling Redskins has had several players go in to NCAA schools over 28 players pick by Professional Teams. History Ringling Redskins was officially established on September 3, 1960 and became Ringling, Inc. It is the oldest continuous youth sports programs in the state of Florida. There were four teams playing in two set of uniforms on a sand lot, where the Girls Club now stands. In 1962, the organization went to Roybal Homes, Roy Black to build a clubhouse on the location they now play on. In 1976, the old quartz lights were changed to mercury vapor. In 1978, they started what is now known as “B” Squad Games. In 1986, they introduced their Flagg Division.
