Dr. Ridha Gataa (Ridha Gataa, June 16, 1961) is a Tunisian Physician specialized in reproductive health. A known figure in the National Tunisian Board for Family and Population, also he served as a program coordinator of the Community Health Department at the Medical Faculty of Sousse - Tunisia. Dr. Ridha Gataa received his Bachelor's degree in Medicine from Monastir University (1987) and trained further in reproductive public health at Montreal University ( 1992 ), later he earned M.D on public health from Sousse University (2004) where he completed his residency as well, then M.A on Medical Information Technology from the same university. Dr. Gataa started his career life as a doctor at the Ministry of Health, before débuting in the National Board for Family and Population to become a reliable doctor enhancing the board with his deeds over the last decade. In addition; Dr. Ridha has a notable contribution for the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) early in the Arab World Regional Office in Tunisia, and later in London - England.
