Ricky Camilleri

Ricky Camilleri (born 1984) is a writer, filmmaker, producer and host of The Huffington Post streaming network HuffPost Live.
Born in Western, MA, Ricky grew up on a steady diet of indie film and attended Hampshire College from 2002-2006 where he focused on film production and philosophy. After graduating he worked as a video editor and producer for the Huffington Post's and IAC's comedy website 23/6. Before joining HuffPost Live, Ricky worked on feature films and television shows and directed and produced his own short films that have been screened at festivals across the world. Since joining HuffPost Live as a host he's covered topics ranging from LGBTQ issues, politics, womens issues and sexuality. His main focus is on the film and television industry which can be seen on his regular shows "Spoiler Alert" and "FYC" which covers the awards season leading up the Oscars. He's interviewed Julia Roberts, Ryan Murphy, Jake Gyllenhaal, Mindy Kaling, Kevin Bacon, Frederick Weisman, , Connie Britton and a host of other talented actresses, writers and directors.
