History Richter7's roots stretch back to 1971 when Bob Fotheringham founded Fotheringham & Associates. In 1997, Williams & Rockwood merged with Bob's agency which became FJCandN. In November of 2000, FJCandN was purchased by Scott Rockwood, Dave Newbold, Peggy Lander and Tim Brown, and one year later was renamed Richter7 (a metaphor for "moving and shaking"). Through the years, Richter7 has developed a multitude of expertise, including traditional advertising, public relations, market research, Internet marketing, database marketing, design and Hispanic marketing.
