Richard L. Lackey

Richard L. Lackey founded the World Food Bank and the Global Food Exchange, he also serves a chair of the Board for International Food and Agricultural Development (BIFAD)
Career
Lackey is the founder and CEO of the World Food Bank, whose purpose is a sustainable solution to hunger and food security issues. The World Food Bank was founded in 2015. Lackey has also founded the Global Food Exchange whose purpose is the establish the world's most valuable commodities as the world’s newest and potentially safest asset class, which can be used as a solution for getting critical supplies to disaster victims. He was recently appointed a chair of the Board for International Food and Agricultural Development (BIFAD).
Lackey has also authored three books relating to technical analysis and market analysis Technical Analysis for Traders(1998), Trading the 50% Rule (1999), and Wall Street’s Greatest Myths (2004).
Education
Lackey holds a Certification in Fund Analysis from Harvard University (1987), a Bachelors in Marketing and Management from the University of Georgia (1989), and a degree in Hotel Finance and Management form Cornell University (2010).
