Richa Anirudh(born 31 May 1978) is an Indian Prime Time News Anchor with IBN7 Hindi news channel . She is from Jhansi,Uttar Pradesh. Personal life Richa Anirudh was born on 31 May 1978 in Rewa, M.P. Her father Mr. Harish Badal is a doctor and her mother Rekha is a homemaker. In 1997, she got married to Aniruddha Thatte. They have a daughter. Career She started her career with Doordarshan. She carries out shows on social issues on IBN7 Hindi news channel. She hosts `Zindagi Live' on IBN7.She is also working as an RJ with Big FM. In 2007, she started hosting the Talk Show called Zindagi Live. Its the first of its kind on Indian News Television space. In the very first year, Zindagi Live won the Best Talk Show NT award given by Indiantelevision.com. Since then Zindagi Live has been winning this award every year for its episodes on relevant social issues like Student Suicides, Female Foeticide, Child Sexual Abuse, Gujarat Riots etc. Till 2013 the had completed the 6th season and continued its award winning run. Zindagi Live Returns After a long wait of 3 years the show is going to be back soon.
