Reynaldo Ruiz

Reynaldo Jose Hernandez Ruiz (born May 21, 1979), known professionally as Reynaldo Ruiz or Rey Ruiz, is an Nicaraguan stand-up comedian, actor, writer, producer and voice actor. He is known for his shows INN and NNN. The International News Network, commonly known as INN, is a parodying television program that airs on national television (Channel 4). Its strategy is to combine humorous sketches and comic reports.
This TV show was originally launched on Channel 2 as "Nicaraguan News Network" aka NNN. Reynaldo Ruiz, and JR the hosts, record their shows with parodies of renowned national and international characters. He also created fictional characters such as Enrique Flores, Julito, Pakita La Del Barrio, Lokoman, Jacinto Barba, Rondo Mondongo Hodgson, among others.
INN has been fairly accepted by the Nicaraguan public. They have organized national tours in which their audiences can participate and interact with them. INN has also performs in cultural centers, always making fun of news reports.

6/18/2010 The national artists Association of Artists of Nicaragua "Rafael Gaston Pérez" during the seventeenth annual ceremony to present awards to the outstanding artists of the year.
Reynaldo Ruiz, and J.R. received the award for the comedian of the year.
"It is a recognition of what we have done and inspires us to go ahead and make each day better our work," said Rey Ruiz.
"I feel happy because they are considering what we have done in those four years, a recognition that if we can be prophets in our own country and be the face abroad as we have shown in other countries," added J.R.
INN is a newscast where the two main protagonists make a parody of the national and international events with a picaresque and sarcastic humor that is mostly seen by children and young people. The conductors are inserted into the heart of the neighborhoods by bringing to the public light, without taboos and burlesque the idiosyncrasies, the experiences and the "bad habits" of the Nicaraguans.
