Rene Noorbergen

Rene Noorbergen is an author and journalist from Groningen, Netherlands.
Life
Noorbergen has lived in America and Europe, he was educated at La Sierra College in California, and at the University of Groningen. He later became a journalist writing for European magazines and newspapers, he also worked for the Netherlands Radio Network. He was a writer for the National Enquirer. Noorbergen also a book writer has authored biographies of psychics such as Jeane Dixon and Ellen White, his biography of Jeane Dixon My Life and Prophecies is widely known. He is also known for his Pseudoarchaeological books.
Pseudoarcheology
Noorbergen wrote a book titled Secrets of the Lost Races: New Discoveries of Advanced Technology in Ancient Civilizations in 1977. It was one of the first books to discuss out of place artifacts. In the book Noorbergen rejected evolution and claimed that mankind was more superior in the past. He argued that advanced technology had existed on earth 1000s of years ago and that civilization has fallen into degeneration due to a global flood. Some of these views have influenced other writers such as David Hatcher Childress.
Noorbergen also wrote many other books, his book Ark File listed historical and eyewitness accounts of people who have returned with artifacts they believed to be parts of Noah's ark.
