Red Fun Cells Records (RFCR) is a Birmingham based British independent record label, , which features a few new artists and producers based in and around the Birmingham area. RFCR was originally aimed at Electronic Music producers but eventually branched out into more. History On April 1st 2011, Ramzan suggested to McCormack that he should start his own independent label (as they both knew a few people who were willing to get signed.) Not before too long, Red Fun Cells Records began. To start with, it was just Fun Blood (Jake McCormack) and Kontro (Hans Ramzan) that were signed to the label but the artist database began to slowly grow as time progressed. McCormack is currently the producer of Birmingham band 'To Be Frank' and after disucssing whether they wanted to be signed to RFCR, they were the next group to be signed. Soon after To Be Frank were signed, most music students at McCormack and Ramzan's college had heard of Red Fun Cells Records and wanted to get signed. It was a chance for them to have themselves heard whilst being on a label with people they knew and were friends with.
