Red Cordell

Scott 'Red' Cordell (born November 10, 1980) is an American television personality. Currently, Cordell hosts TRZ: The Red Zone, sports-news programming featured on North News 8, which airs on TV8 in the Glens Falls, New York area. One of his on-air trademarks is boasting about the Green Bay Packers of the NFL, having traveled to Green Bay 13 times to see them play. Cordell graduated from Marist College with a in Communications, and now resides Queensbury, New York with his wife, Jackie.

Cordell was a youth baseball teammate of Minnesota Twins infielder Brendan Harris. It was around this time when a local kid from around the block gave Red his nickname. One day, when Red was outside, the kid said, 'hey, Red'. Given Cordell's pelirojo nature, it was a natural fit.
