Recon Armor

Recon armor is an armor varient found in the multiplayer of Halo 3. The armor was originally restricted to employees of Bungie, the game's makers, much like the flaming helmet. However, the Hayabusa armor, which was originally supposed to be the hardest armor to unlock to the public, was easily found by hackers and the way to get it was spread to the public. Soon Bungie decided that the Recon armor would be given out to those who have done a great deed to the Halo community or have made the whole of Bungie laugh. Owners of the armor include DigitalPh33r, who received it for his "Arby 'n' the Chief" machinima series, and a player who killed himself with a traffic cone. Phrases commonly used asking for it are " I can haz recon?", "I can haz cheezeburger?", and "I can haz teh rec0nz?".
