Architecture
Recaptive is a Cloud-based networking system made by different services running "on the cloud" (available through a web interface) and a small agent running locally as gateway on the local network.
The agent is written in Python (OpenSource) and it uses a set of free API to perform all the configurations. It runs on Linux and it available a standard RPM package for Red Hat Enterprise Linux and CentOS version 6.
The agent is able to auto-configure everything it needs based on the provided online configurations, so that an admin doesn't have to login or do anything complex on the local gateway.
