Raymond Clum

Raymond Barrett Clum (born August 9, 1971) has launched a grass-roots, internet based campaign for the 2012 Republican nomination for President of the United States.
Clum was born in Nashville, Tennessee. During his early years, he also lived in Orlando, Florida and Henderson, Kentucky. He attended the University of Louisville's Speed Scientific School and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering and moved to Mt. Washington, Kentucky. During work on his Masters degree, the professional world called him and he began working for Monarch Hardware in Shepherdsville, Kentucky in 1995. After the parent company of Monarch Hardware, Newman Tonks plc, was purchased by Ingersoll-Rand in 1997, he was relocated to Indianapolis, Indiana, in 2001. After being laid off twice from Ingersoll-Rand, he began working at Rolls-Royce Corporation in Indianapolis in 2007, where he still works today.
Raymond Barrett Clum is a traditionalist, a patriot who believes in the sanctity of the U.S. Constitution, and grew frustrated with the exponential growth in government and the federal debt. He is following President Obama's use of the internet in the 2008 Presidential Campaign, but increasing reliance upon it by solely using the internet to launch the campaign.
