Rathin Sinha (born 1958) is the president and founder of America's Job Exchange, a subsidiary of Time Warner Cable. Previously, he led the e-commerce division for Monster.com, making the small business targeted business unit the largest on-line sales and customer acquisition channel in the industry. A recognized authority in internet recruitment and on-line marketing, he is a frequent contributor to industry conferences and publications covering a broad range of topics. He also serves at the Board of Governors of the International Association of Employment Web Sites. Most recently, he spoke at the Job Board Summit 2014, North America in Orlando, FL. Education Sinha received his MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA, MS and M.Eng degrees from U.C. Berkeley, and his undergraduate degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Career Prior to Monster, he served as Vice President of Marketing for Standard Register, where he led strategy and marketing efforts to drive over $900 million in sales and business development. He joined Standard Register from Kinko's where he held positions as a director of eCommerce, and a senior director of business planning. Earlier, Mr. Sinha served as a management consultant with the Mitchell Madison Group and held various management positions with several hi-tech companies. Previously, he served with eCommerce, strategy and product leadership positions at FedExKinko's, Mitchell Madison Group, and Honeywell.
