Ramon Bruin

Ramon Bruin (Waarland, 1981) is a Dutch artist who specializes in creating optical illusions using airbrush and paper, having studied at the Airbrush Academie in Lelystad, the Netherlands, between 2007 and 2010.
In 2010 he started a company called JJK Airbrush and at present day he still makes airbrush art on motorcycle tanks, guitars and other articles.
Painting
Besides airbrushing Ramon also paints. He has an modern expressionistic style and most of his paintings have a sarcastic topic.
Ramon also invented a black and white portrait painting style, done entirely by airbrush, which is made out of 600 different squares.
After a while Ramon started exploring 3d anamorphic art. Anamorphic art is used by chalk (pavement) artists to create 3d street art.
3-D Drawings
At one point Ramon started creating 3d drawings. Besides using an anamorphic technique, he manages to create his own style. With a variety of methods like drawing on multiple sheets of paper and drawing from one particular angle he managed to create his own 3d style.
In 2012 his unique style made his art an instant internet hype.
