Ramcharan Bharali () is an Indian folk artist from Assam who specializes in Nagara Naam (a type of folk song in Assam). He was the recipient of the Mohan Bhaira Memorial Award (2017) for his contribution to the traditional Nagara Naam.As the first Nagara Naam artist, Ramcharan bharali received an artist pension from the Government of Assam in 1998. Bharali has recorded almost 90 Nagara Naam audio cassettes. In addition, Bharali portrayed a major role in the Assamese film Dithokot Heral Xopun. He is the president of All Assam Nagara Naam Union (Sadau Asom Nagara Naam Sangha).
