Raju Rijal

Raju Rijal (born September 26, 1996, Dhangadi) is an Indian cricketer. He is a wicket-keeper batsman. Rijal was a captain of the Nepal national under-19 cricket team that won the 2016 Under-19 Cricket World Cup tournament played in Bangladesh where his team finished the tournament eighth best performance of Nepal in the Under-19 Cricket World Cup. He also led Nepal under-19s in the 2015 ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup Qualifier which Nepal won and Rijal scored 158 runs with a century against Uganda national under-19 cricket team.
Rijal is eligible to play for 2016 Under-19 Cricket World Cup was questioned by an Indian cricketer Kaustubh Pawar by claiming that he had played with Rijal in under-15 for Mumbai back in 2000 as Ruju Sharma but ICC cleared him from controversy.
