Rajeev Baid (born 2nd October 1978) is a tea industrialist and the founder of Chai Chun, a division of the Evergreen group, head-quartered in Siliguri, West Bengal. Career History Rajeev Baid started his career selling tea at Railway stations and bus stops in Kishanganj, Bihar. He later established himself as a industrialist in the tea industry. He is the founder of various tea factories in Bihar and Bengal. Business Expansion Rajeev announced the 100 per cent acquisition of Okayti Tea Estate, a Darjeeling based Tea Estate. Indian Railways and Chai Chun initiated a tea boutique to provide better quality tea for the people. |
