Rahul Singh is Singapore-based Indian author and motivational speaker. He has published the books An Atheist gets Gita, Engineering to Ikigai, and You know the glory, Not the story. He primarily writes on self-help and spirituality. He is the Principal Corporate Advisory Group, Indian Institute of Management Udaipur, leads Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in Singapore as its president, and is Academic Council Board Member of Jaipuria Institute of Management. Early life Hailing from Ayodhya in the north Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, Rahul did his schooling in Lucknow and then studied engineering at Nanyang Technological University. Career After graduating in photonics engineering from NTU, he began his career as a management trainee at an investment bank. He later switched to interest rate option broking and pursued MBA from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. He worked for German investment banks Commerzbank and Deutsche Bank in Singapore. While still working for banks he began his writing career and was active in the Indian diaspora in Singapore. He is the youngest President of IIM Bangalore Alumni Association Singapore and united the Indian alumni of National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University, and Singapore Management University for #MissionSumo. He was invited as a guest lecturer at various educational institutions such as Institute for Vaishnava Studies in Florida, IIM Bangalore, Jaipuria Institute of Management, IIM Lucknow, NTU Singapore, IIM Udaipur, IIM Sirmaur, NUS Singapore, IIM Trichy, IIT Bhubaneshwar, and IIM Nagpur. Other works He is an initiator of Gyanalogy which aims to democratise wisdom. In April 2021, he lead #MissionSUMO which collected more than INR 1.3 crore and deployed 200 oxygen concentrator in various parts of India.
