Ragib Shahriar Ankon is a Bangladeshi student who set a Guinness World Record for the most toe taps in one minute. Ankon achieved this record by tapping the football 220 times in one minute, surpassing the previous record of 212 times. Early Life and Education Ragib Shahriar Ankon is a fourth-year student at Dhaka University, studying in the Department of Communication Disorders. He is a resident student of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Hall, University of Dhaka. Guinness World Record Ankon began his journey on 5 October 2023 by applying for the record. On February 20, in Dhaka, he set the record for the highest number of football toe taps in one minute. This achievement has been recognized by the Guinness World Records website. Upon receiving the recognition, Ankon expressed his joy to the media: "I am very happy to make this record. This accomplishment required immense dedication and hard work.I often practiced late at night." |
