Rafael Vargas-Bernal

Rafael Vargas-Bernal is a professor-researcher working in Instituto Tecnológico Superior de Irapuato. He is researcher in fields such as: cactus graphs applied to electrical circuits, microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), and nanotechnology. Actually, he is teaching Electronics and Materials Science Engineering.

Early Life and Education
He received the Bachelor degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering with the entitled work "Advanced Techniques of Spectral Analysis", in October 6th, 1995 from the University of Guanajuato. After, he obtained the Master Science degree in Electronics from the National Institute of Astrophysics Optics and Electronics (INAOE) with the entitled work "Development of a Tearing Method for Non-Weighted Graphs with Applications to Partitioning of Circuits", in September 4th, 1997. Lastly, he obtained the Philosophy Doctor degree in Electronics from the same institute with the entitled dissertation "Assessing the Uniqueness and Upper Bound of the DC Solutions with Circuit Topology", in July 19th, 2000.
