Radioactive Friends of the Deep

Radioactive Friends of the Deep is a comic series from the Macedonian newspaper Vest.
Radioactive Friends of the Deep (RFD) was created by Biljana Gorgi with help from Alexsandr Nicoli, who helped created some characters, along with Vladimir Sacolof. The comic series was first put into the newspaper every week and very soon it became popular enough to be made into graphic novels. There have been only one graphic novel made so far called Radioactive Friends of the Deep. The series is about a colony of fish and other underwater creatures that live near an illegal nuclear waste dump which has altered there looks compared to their species norms. The main character, Jimmy Malcolm, is a lonely puffer fish who has no real family. The comics often focus on how he lives a depressing life even though things are really good for him. Two of his friends, Edmund Daniels the sunfish and Sharky Starfish, run a boiled otterballs stand on the street where they live. This is where the series takes place most of the time. One of the random creatures that is often seen is Stefon the Lobster, who is often called crazy because of how he often raves about communism and nazis.
