Dr. R. K. Mudgil is President of Haryana Chartered Association of Physiotherapist. Presently India has not any Physiotherapy Council related to Physiotherapy profession. His Association is striving for the constitution for Physical therapy education Physiotherapy Council of India and also on State level as the other states have their State Councils. He regularly participates in social welfare activities. Recently he organised Physio HARCON. He is the visitor, guest of honor and resource person of various Physio institution.
Dr. Mudgil's Reserach paper on physiotherapy was awarded the best paper award in national conference of physiotherapy 2016 held in Jaipur
