R.... R..... is the codename for the 12th studio album by power metal band Stratovarius. Little is known about this album at the moment, except that the album will be a "back to the roots" album. It will be a lot more melodic than Stratovarius and the Elements saga. Timo Tolkki claims it will be more like Visions. The recording for this album started February 25, 2007, and since then, only one studio report has been released. In a blog posted on Timo Tolkki's MySpace on May 28, 2007, he said that so far, only the drums had been recorded. The album is currently on ice, and the expected release date is either April or September 2008. This will be the first album to feature Stratovarius's new bass player, Lauri Porra. Track Listing At Wacken Open Air 2007, a new song entitled "Last Night On Earth" was played.
